Since 1965, the USA Dry Pea and Lentil Council (USADPLC) has been the catalyst of development for the U.S. pulse crop industry. The Council consists of multiple state and regional grower and industry organizations across the nation, representing the entire supply chain for dry peas, lentils, and chickpeas, from production to marketing to end-use application and innovation. The members that create the USADPLC engage in growing, processing, exporting, brokering, warehousing, research, and policy development pertaining to dry peas, lentils, and chickpeas.
